A bag arrived that did not look new, with dirt on both inner parts and a scratch on the outer fabric. I contacted AliExpress customer service, who saw the picture and issued a refund. We bought a new laptop bag because we won't use this one. The delivery was fast and customer service handled the refund efficiently.
